The Encore ES3000 Multi-Gym is four stations offering at least 8 workout modes and allowing multiple users to workout simultaneously. The unique space saving design allows this 4 Station gym with 3 x 200LB weight stacks to be installed into a room corner rather than taking a big center floor space. The adjustable bench will take you from flat/incline chest press into a shoulder press. Lat Pulldown and seated Row pulleys to give you a solid back workout and leg extension/leg curl machine for the legs. There is also a Hi/Lo pulley attachment for 100’s of more cable exercises.
