The Encore ES3000 Multi-Gym is four stations offer at least 8 workout modes allowing multiple users to workout simultaneously and is the one and only 4 Station gym that can be installed into a room corner rather than taking a big centre floor space.
Adjustable bench allows you to go from chest press to shoulder press. Lat Pulldown and seated Row pulleys for a solid back workout and leg extension/leg curl machine for the legs. There is also an optional Hi/Lo pulley attachment for many more exercises.

Best Ever
Best treadmill ever! Very sturdy and can handle fast speeds and heavier weight. On the expensive side, but worth it. You need to have a large area for it.

Excellent Treadmill
Delivery was very inconvenient. If you live in an apartment, notify the delivery calling agent that you require 2 people to drop off the item to your apartment door step and that they must take the wooden pallette away. Luckily, I had someone to help me with this 600lbs item, but if it was just me, I wouldn’t have been able to put it in the elevator and push it to my door, I’m a 5.2′ lady with a small frame. For the price, delivery should be more appealing and accommodating.
Once unwrapped, I was able to roll the item into the house and assembling the remaining features together was very easy. I’ve been using the treadmill for a month now and it works fantastic. The belt moves effortlessly when walking, jogging, or running on it. The console is very easy to use. The curve on the treadmill is great because if I want resistance I stay at the top of it and gradually make my way to the middle when I’m feeling tired or about to finish my workout. I use the machine every day for 30 – 40 minute jogs/runs and have noticed that neither my plantar fascitis nor knees hurt. I am very pleased with this product as I strongly recommend it for those that are too shy to run outside, or want to keep fit year long.
We can do this at home!
You need two very strong people to bring all the equipment parts in the house. We have finished basement, but we felt the basement ceiling (7′) is not quite high enough (my husband being 6′-2″ tall) to install the equipment, so we ended up putting it on the main floor. It fits very nicely there. I am a senior female, and managed to assemble it in less than 30 min with help of my husband holding some parts for me. We are delighted with this treadmill. We can get very effective workout at home. We both cancelled gym memberships now. It’s first rate.
