A major development for CardioGym and a trademark feature of the CG6000 sees two computers from the previous models integrated into one Personal TrainerTM.
As the name suggests, the Personal TrainerTM is a virtual instructor that guides users throughout their workout demonstrating each exercise in progression. The Personal TrainerTM records each individual repetition as well as maintaining overall repetition count and prompting each new exercise along the way.
The touch screen colour monitor displays all exercise diagnostics and controls complete cycle function.
12 Rounds Boxing Program
The CG6000 features a newly developed custom fit boxing attachment bringing a new dimension to club fitness.
The 12 RoundsTM program available on the Personal TrainerTM takes the user through a series of lefts, rights and combination punches for 12 complete rounds for an exhilarating cardiovascular workout.
